Kettlebell Training
The Kettlebell is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle attached at the top. Kettlebells come in a variety of weights, and many have vinyl coatings on the handle that make them more comfortable than the original cast iron.
Kettlebell workouts are intended to increase strength, agility, aerobic endurance and balance. Total body movements that mimic the moves in everyday life are part of Kettlebell training. Also, Kettlebell training can give those involved in sports the competitive edge they are looking for.
Many find Kettlebell training to be the ultimate workout as it develops a combination of strength and cardiovascular fitness that will burn fat and sculpt muscle at the same time. You will see a marked improvement in your strength, endurance and balance as your body becomes more lean and fit.
