Whether you are an athlete, a regular or semi-regular exerciser assisted stretching can help prevent injury and give relief to tight muscles.
While self-stretching is highly beneficial, it is not possible to resist at a high level of force since you are resisting against yourself. A trained resister can not only help you achieve a maximal stretch, but can help you perform resistance stretching safely in every angle, direction and plane simultaneously: flex/extend, abduct/adduct, and inward/outward rotation.
- Stretching sessions are in 30 and 60 minute sessions and range from $22.50-$40.00 per session.
